At Pathways to Health and Wellness, we provide culturally responsive mental health care through individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducation workshops, and behavioral health consultation. Our services support adolescents, college students, parents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, and life transitions.

  • Individual Therapy: Personalized one-on-one support to help you manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma using evidence-based approaches like CBT, SFBT, Narrative, EMDR, and Mindfulness.
  • Group Therapy for Coping & Connection: Join supportive groups focused on building healthy coping skills, managing anger, and navigating grief—offering community, structure, and healing tools.
  • Specialized Support Groups: Weekly group sessions for Anger Management, Grief Support, and Stress Reduction—designed to empower growth, insight, and emotional regulation in a safe, affirming space.
